Terms of Use — Tab Shelf

Last updated: 28 September 2026. Tab Shelf is provided by Malvatech ("we"). By installing the extension or buying a Pro licence you agree to these terms.

The free extension

Tab Shelf is free to use, without limits on sessions or tabs. It is provided "as is": we work to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee that no data is ever lost — keep an export or the weekly backup file if your sessions matter to you.

Tab Shelf Pro

Pro is a one-time purchase (€19, VAT applied at checkout by our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc.) that unlocks the Pro features described on our site for as long as the extension exists, including future updates. The licence key may be activated on up to 3 browsers at a time; you can free a slot from the extension or the Polar customer portal. Keys are personal and may not be resold or shared publicly.

Refunds

Write to supporto@malvatech.app within 14 days of purchase and we refund you, no questions asked. After a refund the key stops working.

Changes and discontinuation

We may update the extension and these terms. If we ever discontinue Tab Shelf, the free features and your local data keep working; Pro features that depend on the licence check will be unlocked for everyone in a final update.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro. These terms are governed by Italian law; consumers keep the protections of their country of residence.
